Challenge: Our client's Welcome Kit consisted of numerous materials, page-heavy booklists, duplicate content, and multiple items to fulfill from multiple sources. They needed a better introduction to their brand and one that would more clearly explain product features and benefits.
Solution: Price meets functionality. We reduced pages, simplified fulfillment, saved costs and were mindful of the environment while incorporating a more consistent brand. We developed a universal box option to reduce packaging. As an alternative option, we worked with a green packaging partner to share an innovative new package called the Rapioli. This unique package is comprised of 300 water bottles and can be reused up to 100 times.
Execution: SWIRE consolidated content, brought in strategic partners in the environmental packaging community, and did a marathon 72 hour, 98 page RFP, winning the business and reinventing welcome kits. The trees are happy.
