Execution: We asked questions to define Bolton's culture and personality: “If your company was a song, an animal, or a car, what would it be?” We read external studies of their personality and talked with their team. We researched their competition, looking for competitive advantages. We developed a keen understanding of who Bolton is, what they are about, and how they want to be portrayed. We started with the brand refresh and are now working with them on a new website, presently in development.
