- As a Fast Growing Creative Ad Agency, we're looking for the right person to sell for us. This includes working with a "A" prospect list, making calls, making connections, setting up meetings between the agency creatives and strategists and the agency's prospects. You must have an understand of marketing and what agencies do, BUT we really want someone who can SELL, so agency experience is not a mandatory. - Responsibilities

- To identify new business opportunities with new markets - to generate new prospect lists from the ground up, building connections and relationships by making calls, emailing, in-person or online meetings, etc. in order to build relationships and close deals.
- To identify new ways to reach existing markets.
- To continuously keep business development software including pipeline data updated.
- To present strategies for expansion and studying the company’s competitors.
- To open up new markets that will boost the growth of our organization. This involves having a good grasp of the industry trends, which will become the bases for strategic planning and forecasting.
- To identify new business opportunities. This includes collecting and comparing pertinent data on the target market, from which recommendations and proposals can be drawn. Seeking opportunities will often require the business development professional to leave the work desk and meet the key players of various industries.
- To join related conferences that will extend the reach of the business is also necessary in exploring partnerships that will facilitate growth.
- Requirements

- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience with a successful track record.
- Ability to dig deep and grow and build strong relationships with mid-size to large clients.
- Go-getter with can-do attitude along with energy and drive.
- Relationships and contacts within various industries and experience in developing long term relationships.
- The confidence needed to accomplish this entails familiarity with other disciplines related to business, such as finance, market research, sales, and planning.
- Advertising industry business development experience is a plus.
